mines been built since 6/30, still hasn't shipped

My dealer received three truckloads of Lightnings in the past week. All three times my truck was passed up. Even someone who arrived off the rail almost a week after me landed at the dealer already.

I'm close to calling up Ford and angrily trying to get them to let me speak to someone with logistics to make sure they didn't lose mine in the corner of the railyard parking lot.

You're fairly close to Dearborn, so it could ship tomorrow and have a chance to arrive before mine. Even after a rail trip, your truck is closer to you than mine (6 hours vs 11 hours).

Well at least you guys have changing dates, so they aren't forgotten. Mine hasn't changed at all since they posted it and are about three weeks behind.

Whelp. More deliveries to NorCal Today, but mine got pushed back another week

For a data point, the two NorCal who did get delivered Today also got pushed back a week in Fords system.

If it changed more than four times call ford marketing and have them escalate your case. This came straight from the mouth of the customer service lady. Might as well give it a shot.

Then you want to connect to New Vehicle something Team. I forgot the option name but it's something like that. They'll ask you for your order number and last eight of vin. Tell them that you spoke with them about escalating your problem and your delivery date has now changed four times and hope for the best.

Funny you mention this, though my truck is literally in the dealership parking lot today 8/3, FORD updated my ETA from 8/6 to 8/12, not logged in as delivered just yet, might happen in the morning after someone gets a Large Dunk's washed down.

Your truck might show, sooner than you think!

It's the "New Vehicle Support Team". They were very nice, sympathetic, etc. but couldn't do anything except tell me what I already knew... that it is built and awaiting shipment. They did assure me that there were no issues holding it up just availability of transportation.

It has not been shipped anywhere, still sitting in a parking lot at the factory. My FordPass was never activated so I don't know exactly where.

Ah sorry should have just checked your posts. I saw you were in Maryland so I thinking it was stuck at a port over there somewhere like mine is in Wilmington, DE.

A little bit late, but still cool to see, Ford just sent my assembly line photo. Even though I've had the truck in my driveway for a week+

Got birth photo today too! Picture taken before suffering scratches in transport which are preventing delivery ha. So at least I have this. Getting closer
