I suspect you may be misunderstand the data on the modules screen, you will see a few codes but no module details or tear tag prior to start of production, only thing you should see now is (VIN & Vehicle Data)

You are correct on the data screen no tear tag yet as outlined in your example. What may have confused me is that I was referring to a code ff53 and 4412 that is now appearing on the data without an address and these codes were not there previously. To your point, I should not have said populating and referred to it as an activity. Thanks for the correction.
