2021 F-150 Radio Tone Setting will not stay set, sometime everyday or ever couple of days they go back to factory reset.

this has been happening since day one, I bought the Truck January 2021 have550 miles on it and I am about to trade it in due to this issue, pretty sad Ford was bragging over the new big 12" screen and is going to lose customers over this, the dealership says they have seen this issue before however I highly doubt that I am the only one this is happening to. does anyone have any suggestion ?

Had the same issue was very frustrating along with squeaking breaks. Dealer fixed both and did the underbody insulation fix. Took less than a day. All was covered under warranty and I got a loaner car.

I'm sure there's plenty of people to take it off your hands. I have the same issue once in a while but I'm sure one of the OTA updates will address it.

My tends to reset everytime a update happens. 1.7.1 is currently failing a lot and I keep saying oh my sound is horrible then check the settings. Once I get past that update life will be good.
