Just sold the truck back to the dealer and got a bronco. Looking to sell everything from the Lightning. It was purchased new, truck had 3400 miles on it and owned since May of 2024 so everything is in great condition. Im located near Baltimore maryland. Sorry to see you go, but was curious about what drive your decision?

The truck is phenomenal, but the downfall for me is the limited capability for charging. It took me over 9 months to get the fast charger adapter. Missed all family events because traveling 800 miles with my dog wasn't possible. I was also lead to believe during purchase I would get 7500 rebate for going electric, I would get Level 2 charger, and I would get install. Adapter would be 2-4 week wait. I got the level 2 charger but was quoted nearly 5k to install so I didn't do it. I didnt qualify for the rebate so I had to pay it back when I filed my taxes this month. It was a bad taste in my mouth dealing with that dealer and being taken advantage of(my fault buying at wrong time and not being aware of the market and promotions/gullible) In the end, I still am Ford at heart so I decided to trade in to a different dealer and get a bronco!
