You may call a local Ford or Lexus dealership service department (or better yet, drop by to speak with someone), and ask who does leather upholstery repair for them. I had a guy come to my house to repair a tear in the leather seat on a Lexus RX. He did a great job at a reasonable price. It is not perfect, but you would not notice the repair if you did not know exactly where to look. That looks fixable to me.
