Android auto stops the Nav destination

Learning new glitches and errors in my 21 powerboost.

Seems if i run a navigation destination then check into Android auto for something whether navigation related or not ... result is it stops my nav from the set destination so i must re input .
Anyone else discover this one ?

Another bad discovery on long trip. Used blue cruise . On highway . Had to watch it carefully. Several times when slowed by slower traffic ..as path cleared the system altered the speed control without my input to speeds that were not on any sign . 80 mph . Backed it down. This truck is truly getting dangerous to drive
