Hi everyone. I am hoping someone may be able to assist me with this.

I was in a fender bender earlier this year (February). Insurance fixed all the damage in June but while putting things back together something happened to the cameras. After the accident, all my cameras were functioning (7 of them) but the frunk camera housing was damaged along with the grill so that was replaced.

The truck was sent to a local Ford dealership because the lidar and cameras had to be calibrated. When it came back, only 1 camera (the reverse) was working and the shop told me that they needed to order a new harness for the cameras. The harness arrived in October and the truck has been with the same Ford dealer since Oct 17th. The truck didn't move an inch (as per fordpass) and after 30 days, the dealership said they don't have time/expertise to fix the issue.

The body shop is now trying to send the truck to another dealership (I proposed the dealership where I bought the truck) to see if they can fix it. The body shop tried a few local experts to get the cameras working but no luck. They still have the truck and waiting for an appointment.

Would anyone know whether this could be a FDRS fix? Another user with some knowledge has been helping on the side to escalate the issue with Ford but I'm really at a loss at this point. I have had the truck for 10 months of which the body/shop/dealership has had it for 3 months. I'm fed up and just want the truck back and I already have an appointment for all the recalls/customer upgrades set for Nov 28th - debating asking the dealer myself to see if they can fix it and bill the insurance company (which the insurance company agreed with) or just wait.

Any ideas and/or advice are welcome.

Thank you!
