Those look like lead foot to me. Too "pasty" in appearance. Carbonized gray is darker and metallic. This is a pre-production truck so anything's possible as I understand.

It's carbonized grey, look at the bed of the truck

The super bright florescent lighting they have in the paint inspection area is causing the truck to look a lot lighter than it is

I saw an ICE F150 drive by in this color in full sun and it really caught my attention. Good looking color for sure.

That's exactly what I was thinking. If we could see all of the colors with some dirt on it, that'd help me seal my decision.

The day I went to pick a color for my F-150 it had sprinkled the night before. Kodiak Brown, antimatter blue and carbonized gray where the colors I I had narrowed it down to. The blue was beautiful but the dried raindrops left very obvious spots on the truck Kodiak Brown wasn't quite as bad, walking up to the carbonized gray I thought they had just washed it. Upon closer inspection it was just as dirty as the others it was just much more difficult to tell. That sealed my decision as it will still look clean after driving on dirt roads.

Hm, I hadn't thought about rain spots, I was mostly considering snow sludge and the occasional dust from campsites.

I had a carbonized grey metallic lariat but switched to Star White Tri-Coat metallic because it's limited to the upper trims and the wife loves pearlescent paint.
