Cluster and center screen dead

Last night while driving all screens went out. Tried to soft reset sync and nothing happens. The center screens has this message displayed: vehicle network communication error

anyone had this issue ? What was the solution ?

You can try to disconnect the 12v to give the ol' reboot a try but that looks like a dealer visit is in order

I did disconnect the 12V battery for a few minutes but that did'nt do anything
