Disabling Reverse Beep and Droning Sound

There's no engine sound, but I definitely have a sound when accelerating from a stop and decelerating to a stop. I hear it typically <15mph, sounds like a turbine spinning up/down. I think that is what @spadesaspade is referring to.
It is exactly that. I tried to hear it with the windows down and my head outside. It is coming from outside. And my reversing beeping speaker is disconnected. So it has to be a different speaker. I know it is a speaker since I do not hear this when reversing.

I'm fairly certain that it is part of the pedestrian warning system, no clue where the speak is that it's coming from. Doesn't really bother me too much, especially compared to some other EV sounds that are emitted at low speeds.
