This incentive made it possible for me to add a second Lightning to the family, this time Lariat 511a with Max Tow. I was specifically waiting to see the details on the flash, but between the separate subscription for BC, and the features that were going away, a 23 Lariat was better suited for me. So timing on all this was perfect. And since I had just recently received PCO in email, that was worth an extra $750. I selected one off the dealer lot that was almost exactly what I was looking for. It had been ordered from the factory with a soft tonneau, pork chop box, and bed mat. I will be trying to sell those separately, as I plan to duplicate my own truck, with LineX and Diamondback Tonneau.

Federal Tax credit limit of $80k is before the $1,995 Destination and Delivery charges.
This truck before D&D is $79,845 so it qualifies.

If anyone in the NC area has been waiting for a Black Lariat I declined my order a couple months ago when I tracked down another one in KY. Well, my salesman, Jordan Cook (828-338-9348), called me today and that truck showed up today (Paramount Ford in Valdese, NC). It's available with the $7500 discount too. It is not the extended range so the price should be near $60K after the fed discount too.

I'd be happy to find a dealer in Delaware,NJ. or Pa that would discount a Standard range lariat 2500.00 and give me the 7500 rebate. One dealer was back and forth all day wasting my time even though the first email outlined what I was looking for. In the end they simply said they will not offer a discount. Not sure why they could have said that right away!

Just wondering, since I posted the info (first post) there's been a few posts that I saw in the various build date groups and in this thread where an XLT ER order was cancelled (left at the dealer) for a Lariat on another dealer's lot. With the incentives the price for a Lariat now comes in about the same as the XLT ER since the XLT incentive is only $1500 vs $7500 on the Lariats. Anyone (other than those who posted) considering cancelling their incoming XLT ER order and picking up a Lariat?
I assume Ford did this because there might be a glut of the higher end trucks on dealer's lots? If people are now buying the Lariats and cancelling the XLT ER orders we might see a bunch of XLT ERs on dealers' lots.

Hey folks, first post, prospective lariat ER buyer in CT.
Just noticed this 7500 incentive last night searching local inventory. For a week I’ve been thinking the dealers we’re advertising the 7500 tax credit inaccurately as an incentive. Now I’m hearing both are in play for a total savings of $15k?!?
Called two dealers this morning and they are acting like they know nothing of an incentive, only the tax credit. (It wouldn’t surprise me in the least if they are I’ll informed…)
Can I get both a 7500 incentive and 7500 tax credit (provided I meet the criteria) or not?

You definitely qualify for the $7500 credit which you will file for next winter/spring filing season, hopefully you also get the $7500 Ford sales incentive as well.

Just heard back from the GM of the local dealership. He says yes $7500 incentive, and 7500 tax credit. Yay!
I was going wait for a 24 with the heat pump….this kinda changes things. Realistically what does the heat pump mean, slightly better range? Any thing else I miss out on 23 vs 24? thanks for any thoughts.
