FDRS in SoCal?

Anybody in SoCal have FDRS and would let me update my truck for a few bucks?

Ford dealership came over my house and showed me how many modules need updated but they were only here to do a gateway module recall update that was already done in March OTA.

I haven’t found anyone. I would love to get a group buy going in and tracking of a mongoose connection and subscription to fdrs. Not sure of the logistics of this but would cut down on costs significantly.
