So my father and I ordered exact same trucks other then color. His Red one came in from Kansas City a couple of weeks ago, My velocity blue is sitting in Dearborn waiting on chips. Anyway, he is not very tech savey and likes his old flip phone Kyocera Dura pro. When I try to pair it normally the phone asks for a pin. None shown on truck screen. So when I have it search for bluetooth devices it finds it as "Dura" but says "no sync compatable functions" or something like that. I know I had trouble but did get it to pair with his 17 superduty and my 17 f150. All he really wants is to be able to use the phone call feature. Anyone have an idea or are we out of luck?

Dura Pro or Dura Pro 2? From what I read the Dura Pro uses Bluetooth 4.2 and Sync 4 uses Bluetooth 5. They should be able to pair, but it might be causing problems if Sync is trying to set up android auto for pairing.

Go into Sync 4 and turn off anything having to do with Android Auto and see if that works.

Also, try pairing it via USB cable instead of just bluetooth.

Not sure any of that would work but thats how I would approach it.
