Here are some photos of the new Ford Mustang Mach-E. You can’t tell much in regards to the color because of the display’s fancy neon lighting, but I took a few photos of some of the interesting features including the entry and exit door handles so you all can see how they work.
This is a very interesting car, and has lots of little futuristic oddities on it. It was cool overall, but I wonder how some things like the door handles and speaker covers, that screen will be as easy to use when compared with more conventional ones.
Exterior door handle. You press the white circle, and the door unlatches.
You then pull on this little tab device and pull the door open.
To exit, you pull on this little tab that again unlatches the door. No full size, regular handle.
For the rear doors, you press the white circle on the C-pillar, and the vehicle opens the doors a few inches electronically. You then grab the door wherever, and pull it the rest of the way open.
Some interior shots of the Mach-E:
Note what appear to be a speaker (Bang & Olufsen) speaker cover running across the entire length of the passenger side dash
Traditionally where the engine is, the Mustang Mach-E has a front trunk in lieu of an engine. A “frunk” of you will!
