@Ford Motor Company- is there any “application status” website for your consumer products that show current issues? If not - your IT team should consider adding one - keeps customers informed and may eliminate some calls to your customer service team.

haven't checked either since yesterday but just now was able to connect to both Ford.com and Fordpass without a problem.

Ford adding a server status board is them openly admitting they have network server issues from time to time, which I dont think they will admit.
I believe @Ford Motor Company is customer focused - and I believe that most customers understand that technology has issues from time to time - but how the company communicates these issues is critical for earning customer trust.

I have number of cloud based applications I subscribe to that notify me via email and a status board when they are experiencing issues and I have the utmost of respect for that action. I hope @Ford Motor Company considers this option.

lol, I feel so much better. Today was the first time in a long time that I had to use a DCFC, and was puzzled why FordPass was not working and had to break out a card to swipe.
