New to the aftermarket rim and tire game. My Lead Foot XLT Sport crew is on its way and I have picked up new rims, but need help with picking out tires.

Rims: Fuel Maverick Matte Black,
20x96x135 / 6x5.51106.4

Now for the tires, I am lost. Truck will be getting 2 inch level right away. I'd rather not run into any rubbing issues. Looking at the following tires. I would like to keep ride quality and not lose too many MPG's.

Goodyear Wrangler Duratrac Tire - 275/55R20 113T

I think the stick tire size on 20’s is 275/60/20 which is 33 inch diameter. Wouldn’t go smaller than that especially with level and any bigger than 295/60/20 which is almost 34 inches. Lots of pictures on here to show you what your options are.

Hmm everything I search to match pulls up 275/55's.....Is it a size issue? Or load?

not sure where you are looking, but I've looked at trucks on the lot and ford build and price and the size is 275/60/20

I've copied/pasted from Build and Price at Ford.ca

SuperCrew® - 4X4
275/60 R20 OWL All-Terrain Tires (A/T) (4x4)
Remove
SuperCrew® - 4X2
275/60 R20 BSW All-Season Tires (4x2)

not sure what you are asking when you say size or load issue?

Sorry, when I'm searching tires through different tire sites, it tells me the 275/55/r20 will fit. I now understand what you saying to keep it to a minimum the factory tire size of 275/60/R20.

So with that said, will I be safe from rubbing if I go with 285/60R20's? From looking around her it appears I should be fine, but with my +1 offset ?

I am looking also. but going to 20's from 17's. I think 2020 and earlier was 275/55/20
I am seeing 275/60/20 on 2021's? (Wife's 2016 4x4 ecodiesel has 275/60/20)

This 275/55/20 tire diameter matches up almost perfectly with my 265/70/17.
But it is on an 8.5 inch rim versus 7.5 inch rim on 265/70/17

I am just trying to put the Lariat 20 inch OEM dark grey 6 spokes on my truck. Wheels arrive tomorrow. Then I want Goodyear Enforcer tires. I hope the 1 inch wider rim is not an issue.
Not much for me to compare against. Mine is just 2021 RCSB FX4

Regards, Z :)
