My truck is a ER xlt. All modules fully up to date as of Friday. Hit the Bourbon trail in Kentucky Saturday and on the way home stopped at a EA 150 kw charger and had the charger hold max rate for a longer period than I have experienced or expected. Stopped early to help someone else out. Charged from 31%-61% in 16 minutes. Charge rate went pretty much straight up to 150 kWh and slowly bumped up to 164 kWh and held the entire time. I have only DC fast charged a few times and only what I need to get to the next stop. Don’t remember a charge rate chart holding max rate that long. I could be wrong

Which charger in KY? I went to the Williamsburg one over the weekend and was seeing great speeds as well.

I've always thought that the F150 had enough thermal overhead for a beefier charge curve. @tommolog might have some insight into this. If there is an updated curve it would be interesting to see how it compares to the CT.

For those getting this potentially new charge curve, have you received any 6.X updates? I haven't hit up a DCFC since the new break and used the 150kW so I can't say if I had a similar curve. Would be very interested to see if anyone is getting the fatter curve and hasn't had a 6.X update.

My truck is fully up to date with FDRS. Verified the day before the charge. Had a couple power ups in the past month as well.

It’s the module that tells the dcfc what the truck wants.

I hardly ever DCFC, but I had a really good charge session on 11/8/23 which is in-line if not more impressive than OP @Mustang11s had as mine went from 42% all the way to 80%. (53.169kWh) in 21 minutes.

So avg rate of ~152kW with over half of it occurring above 60%

This was on a 350kw charger and I was on Power-Up 6.3 at the time.

I didn't buy my truck until last November, so I can't speak to how the earlier software revisions do. But the OP's photo is typical of how mine did on my trip to NH and back. I would consistently pull over 160 kW past 65% and have seen peak of 184. These were all in colder temperatures, so I don't know how it will do this summer.

I stopped at the EA station [350KW] in Merrimack, NH this afternoon, hit a peak of 173KW, precondition enroute, kicked off the session with a high as well at 166kw, pulled 66.7Kwh in 27 minutes.

After hitting peak the trucks cooling system kicked in and within a minute the rate slowed back to 160's
