I wanted to have Android Auto load ABRP on my display, but I later realized that I need a paid subscription. Is it worth it?

I use ABRP 4 or 5 times a year road tripping across the state. In my mind that breaks down to $10/trip so it's worth it.

I also use it with the OBD dongle for accurate consumption tracking. The maps engine in ABRP is straight up trash though. It bounces from road view to satellite view constantly (at least on Apple CarPlay). So I just plan the route and send it to Google Maps within ABRP. From there I keep Google Maps running on the center console display and ABRP running on my iPhone to monitor consumption.

It's the best of both worlds.

Ok, I'm at my first charge place, Tesla Super Charge Station and I've tried 4 out of the 12 Charge stations, and all 4 i keep getting CHARGE STATION FAULT message. I tried all 4 stations with both A2Z (old adapter which always worked flawlessly) and the new Ford adapters, and they both keep faulting out. This is very frustrating and depressing. :(

This is a station you have used in the past??

Any issues with plug & charge today?

Activating with Tesla App?

Did you make sure that Tesla stop is "NACS (with adapter)" capable?

Use the "Public charging" app on your Lightning screen to check if you are at a compatible charger, or to navigate you to the nearest charger.

There are settings in all of the apps (Plugshare, Google, Tesla, ABRP, etc...) that need to be activated to show the Tesla chargers that are compatible with non-Tesla vehicles.

Sorry guys for the late response. It turns out that at least 5 of the charge stations were not working. I grabbed a plug that was just being used by a Tesla owner right after he finished charging. It worked like normal. Not sure why that was the only one responding. I'm at my 4th Tesla super station here in Troutman North Carolina, charging and everything has been working fine ever since. I will update more when I get to hotel in South Carolina tonight.

I really love you guys... we have such a great community in this forum!!:love:
