Lariat Sport Pkg - Seats and brown/reddish material cleaning ideas?

Looking for suggestions for cleaning Leather seats (not sure if they are leather or vinyl in Lariat).
Also, what do you use to clean the brown/reddish vinyl material on dash and the door?

I've used the Chemical guys leather cleaner/condition system for awhile now on my vehicles, leather remains soft and supple after years of use. Make sure you also get a horsehair brush for the cleaner as well. Link below.
