I ordered a light bar to add to my Pro and it arrived with a small piece chipped off. I'm sure it could be super glued or epoxied back on if I accepted a partial refund, but looking for opinions on if that's a good idea or not. I haven't heard back from the part supplier how much the partial refund would be yet to factor that in.

They tend to leak as it is. Send it back.

I'd recommend epoxy and a small fiberglass patch for that damage, assuming there's room for such a patch so the bar still fits where it needs to plug in; the `glass will make the repair last a lot longer. Then, the vendor ought to at least reimburse you for an epoxy/glass patch kit and an hour or two of your time to apply it!

...or if they won't cover that, yeah, sending it back seems like the only reasonable option. Good luck with the situation.

Good point about leaks; if there's a chance that the impact which caused the chip also opened a crack in the seal, start over for sure.
