New open box stock. I have Two of these. $225 shipped to 48 lower states. Payment via PayPal. If you own a 2024 Lariat or Platinum that didn't have the garage door opener from the factory, these are plug a play and only require programming the garage door interface. I installed one of these on my 2024 Lariat, and can confirm that these are a direct replacement for the factory driver's side black visor that had only the illuminated vanity mirror on my 2024 Lariat with Panoramic Sunroof. Apparently the 22-23 models had this feature, but it was dropped on the 2024's. The part number on the bag is some kind of internal Ford PN that doesn't appear to be in the Ford Parts catalog, but I did cross reference the number to a Canadian Dealer's parts catalog which shows these to be for a later model Lincoln Navigator w/Sunroof. Regardless, these are the exact same size and electrical connector as the factory non garage door opener visor that came on my 2024 Lariat. (See Picture) Here's a thread that the OP installed one of these and is a great tutorial for this swap:

The only difficult part is programming the garage opener buttons, which is typical from my prior experience using Homelink factory interfaces. I recommend that you use the original remotes that came with your garage door openers and gates. I was able to program our gated area's entrance gate opener as well as my 2 Chamberlain "Rolling Code" garage door openers. Homelink's support website is a good source for entering your garage door opener model and lists the recommended programming procedure form your particular model:
