After downloading the new My Porsche App yesterday, version 15.0.0 (v15.25.14 build 397), setting a Departure time is not longer possible as you get the message: “Something went wrong” “Please try again”.
Deleting and reinstalling the app didn’t help. Same with logging out and logging in again. Anyone else having this problem?

Hello

Yes there is a problem with this update. In addition, the app no longer displays IONITY chargers on the map.

I just updated the app at version 15.25.14 build 397. Setting a departure time is possible.
i t still exists at previous set charge times, I created a new one where I set a new departure time.

I have version 15.25.14-pcna+118251 and all seems to be ok. I can set a Departure Time.

Yeah, seems ok here too with the latest iOS version. The new watchOS app in this release is way more responsive and the release notes say it works standalone from the iPhone which is handy to have.

Yeah, seems ok here too with the latest iOS version. The new watchOS app in this release is way more responsive and the release notes say it works standalone from the iPhone which is handy to have.
My experience is the similarly positive. The watch app is finally useful for me.

@alxman: have you trieda restart on your phone? I almost never restart, but in your case, it seems reasonable to try

Yeah, I did a hard reset on the iPhone (vol up, vol down, side button) but it didn’t work. Deleted the My Porsche app and installed it again. Logged out of the app and logged in again. Both unsuccessful. I reset the car’s PCM by holding down the volume button. Still not working. I can set a departure time and date on the car’s PCM but no longer via the My Porsche app. I keep getting the same message (??). It used to work before updating the app. Interestingly, I was able to use the Apple Watch’s My Porsche app even before the update without any problems. It works the same way now.

You have definitely taken every reasonable step. The only thing I can think of is trying with another device such as an iPad if you have one. Maybe also check available storage on your iPhone. Admittedly a long shot, but running out of any resource is bad news.

Otherwise, I would definitely get your dealer and possibly PCNA involved.

My car is going for a service tomorrow to hopefully finally resolve the hatch issue that has been acknowledged as a problem. Hopefully yours will get acknowledged too.
