Ok I'm in car scanner now connected and in the dashboard but none of the PID are Reading anything.

Edit.. I had to pay for it and select lightning and it works now.

Click Settings and make sure you select the Mach-E / Lightning Connection profile and your adapter is showing.

I used the iOS version for about a year but found it so useful I paid the $8 for lifetime license. Got rid of the small ad at the bottom as well. I guess they didn't have that option on the Android version.

No, my post is the Android paid version running on a magic box emulating carplay.

You got a cool setup there. FYI, I was actually replying to Craig who said he had to buy it. It must be an Android thing since it is free on iOS.
EDIT: It was free when I got it in 2022, maybe it's pay now for the EV profile. Definitely worth the $8.

Also there are lots of copycats (at least on iOS). The one I and others use (and has a CarPlay app) is in the App store as Car Scanner ELM OBD2 by Stanislav Svistunov. https://www.carscanner.info/. Within the app it is simply named Car Scanner Pro.

Yeah I was a little disappointed it is already at 97% as well. My truck has about 12k miles on it. I live in a cold environment in MA so I don’t know if that has anything to do with it.
We were at 97.5% for over a year on our '22 Lariat ER and on our last trip it went up to 98%. This was our first trip using Superchargers. No idea if that had anything to do with it. Maybe Ford released some capacity from the buffer.

Interesting, in Android it's just called "Car Scanner" with a white check engine icon with blue circle background once it's installed. I just looked at the play store and it is officially called "Car Scanner ELM OBD2" and the icon is the same white check engine icon, but the blue background is square,, LOL. It is the one by Stanislav Svistunov and I do recall the Lightning/MachE PID database option is not there until you pay for the non-ad version.

is the best one so far because it has all the PID setup for Lightning already.
I have Torque paid and a few others paid and I like car scanner best.

Yeah, while I prefer Torque for display I haven't been able to setup as complete a PID profile as Car Scanner has. When I connected with CarScanner (Android) it detected that I was in a Lightning and set it up automagically. Was very impressed.

Yes Torque defiantly looks better.
I need to figure out how to import a PID?

There is a way to import a custom PID file, but it's not intuitive and I don't think I did it correctly. Haven't taken the time to really figure it out yet.
