NAV Issues

Anytime i drive a few miles on the highway without having to stop, the my location on the NAV screen is always ahead of my actual location. Then, i take a curve and it will jump off the road and show me going through, woods, water....
I have taken it to the dealership and get a puzzled look and the standard 'we've never seen this.' Anyone else experienced this and have an answer i can give to the service department?

I'd start with the GPS antenna. Sounds like it's maybe only picking up part of the sky.
