The connected service database or Fordpass might be under maintenance or local connectivity issues.

I'm able to see my connected service page at this moment.

Because an error has occurred processing your request.

I got the same message earlier this week. After many attempts to open it with the same results, I called ford.
The message was meant for their ICE F150s.

Is this error occuring after clicking the Connected Service link from the vehicle tab, or a link on the Connected Services landing page?

ANDROID?? Try clearing the storage cache on your phone.

Can you log into the desktop browser version of your connected services account?

Log onto your ford account:
https://www.ford.com/myaccount/account-dashboard

Then find the Account link to show you various links, one is to connected services
https://www.ford.com/myaccount/connected-services

I've read a few posts / threads discussing the new security aspects coming for 24 model year, haven't seen anything further about getting into & activating the service, I'm not sure that it's ready for prime time, if any other members with '24 trucks can share!?!?

I've read a few posts / threads discussing the new security aspects coming for 24 model year, haven't seen anything further about getting into & activating the service, I'm not sure that it's ready for prime time, if any other members with '24 trucks can share!?!?

I have same "Ford Security Package" message in Ford Pass App under "Vehicle" tab .....and get same "oops" message as of today -12/15 @ 2:51pm.
