Had my truck since Oct 22. PAAK was set up and working until at least a few months ago. Wasn't able to download the PAAK KEY on a new phone in December. At this point, I realized that PAAK wasn't working on my old phone as well. Spent an hour online with Ford software people. After doing the usual Ford Pass reinstall and deleting the phones in the truck they told me to take the truck to the dealer with a case #.
The dealer was not able to get PAAK working. They replaced the 12V sensor and didn't see any error codes. With the new sensor, the updates work the first time and I believe the truck is completely up to date.

This is where I need some help. I believe PAAK works from a second Bluetooth connection of #####-F150. Where # is the last five digits of your VIN. My phones don't see this Bluetooth. Started a new truck on the dealer lot and didn't see this connection. However, that could be because we didn't add a phone.

The beta Ford Pass allows access to Controls but it requires PAAK. On Wednesday, the truck is going to the dealer to replace the air-dam actuators and look at the PAAK issue again. Does anyone have any info I can pass on to the dealer?

Thanks in advance.

I have had similar issues. I just spent couple hours trying to get PAAK working again. what I ended up having todo is delete the app from my phone. reset keys in truck. Install app again, login. Setup PAAK.

it appears to be working again.
