Ford now allows you to pay for Bluecruise using FordPass Reward Points. So if you use your Ford Rewards VISA enough the cost of Bluecruise when you have to start paying for it will be free or at least greatly reduced. Ford Rewards VISA also gives 10 points for every dollar on Bluecruise purchases so that’s another 5% discount.
For details click on Rewards in the FordPass app and then scroll through the menus. I know that FordPass Rewards is just a ploy by Ford to generate additional revenue streams but it’s definitely working on me. I keep pushing more and more of my purchases over to Ford Rewards VISA so I can get more points and I also place a premium on Ford service and accessory purchases so I get higher points.
I know I’m probably not always getting the best deal but it sure feels nice when they ask for payment on my Ford service and I tell to just use my rewards points.
