Platinum ford emblem removal (tailgate)

Anyone knows if that small emblem is glued with 3M tape or does it require prying some tabs?
There is no access from the back of the tailgate. So I'm wondering if just heating it up will do the trick?

I don't know if that is the one we have on he lightning. It shows a length of 5" and 1/2. Mine measures 5". But gives a good idea of the back.
It is probably mainly glued.
