Do you still see Lock/Unlock? It may help to have some more detail on anything else unusual.
You may try logging out and back on. I just checked mine and options are there, but one or two days ago I got logged out and couldn't log back in for a couple hours, guessing they had a service outage.

If remote start and lock/unlock are grayed out then you might have had an OTA update. Check your messages. If you did you will have to get in your truck and start it for the FordPass functions to become active again.
