Seatbelt buckle backing

I've noticed the back of the seatbelt buckles have a felt like cover. I assume its so the buckle does not scratch up the side of the center console. I'm a bigger guy and noticed this backing already starting to wear. Anyone know of anything else I can replace this felt with to prevent the scratching?
