Sync 4 Side screen apps able to be added?

I've seen some post pics of their Sync 4 screen and the little side screen on the right has multiple tabs to choose from. Mine has 5 to toggle through but I've seen where people have Trip menus and a few other options up to 9 different tabs to choose from. Does anybody know how to add more apps to the side screen? The pic below shows the 9 tabs where I only have 5. There has to be a way to add more to the side screen.

I'm pretty sure mine only have 5 as well. I get the feeling that Sync 4 was rushed out the door and will be polished with time.
It's doesn't look as well thought out as the Sync 4A in the Mach-E

Maybe it will show more when you are towing?

Maybe it’s because of CarPlay? I only have 5 as well. I don’t have a phone option, likely because it defaults to the Phone app in CarPlay.

I've thought about that and turned off Android Auto and still only show 5.
