The Lightning's front radiator space behind the louvers collects a lot of trash...

We hit a tumbling weed (not a tumbleweed) between Phoenix and Tucson a few weeks ago. I looked behind the truck after hitting it and most of the weed did not go flying in a mess as they usually do with my ICE trucks. Hmm... I thought.

Yep. The Lightning has a trash trap when on the freeway with its louvers open. I need to run a shopvac up into there to remove all the mess of dry twigs that have nowhere else to go.

I may install a wire mesh screen in front of or behind the louvers to help reduce this trash collecting "feature" of the Lightning.
