Update Sync 4 styling with 2022 Lincoln Navigator

Just saw this post about the new 2022 Lincoln Navigator. Looks like Sync 4 is getting a new "Flat" UI stylizing. I hope it's an option in ForScan to change to this like we were able to in Sync 3. I also like that they put the climate control temp in the upper corners. Still no full screen Android Auto or CarPlay. That is my biggest hope through an update.

This will probably require a new version of the Sync4 software.
The stock themes are definitely annoying. I've always activated the lincoln themes on previous versions of SYNC 2, 3
