Weather and traffic not working on connected nav

I was wondering if anyone has found a solution to the message. "WEATHER INFORMATION NOT AVAILABLE". I have a lariat with 502a package 3years trial. Navigation works but weather information, weather radar and traffic do not work. I have rebooted the system and have done a complete reset of my connected services and still no luck.

If you log into your ford account on ford.com and select vehicle dash board then go to manage connect vehicle. You can verify that in fact you still have that active.
You can also go into your FordPass app select account at the bottom and select manage connected services.
I would start there. Make sure it’s actually active

Yeah, I have verified it is connected. I have heard that some chips were for the wrong region. I have everything that is in the connected services but weather and traffic.
