Correct its 275/50r22The Limited wheel is 275/50R22 I thought. So is there a slightly larger, beefier looking tire I can put on there and not sacrifice ride quality and wet/dry traction/breaking? Most tempted to go the stock size but Michelin defender route.
You can go up slightly in size to 285/50r22 with a few all terrain options or go for a 33x12.5r22 tire with a number of off road options
The first option is about 0.4" taller and only 0.4" wider and will probably be just as comfortable as the stock tire.
The second option gives you more beefier options with essentially the same height but the tires are almost 2" wider and will have firmer sidewalls with a bit harsher ride on road.
Tireman can elaborate more on this than me as he sells them.
