For those looking for tire pressure monitor sensor kit (TPMS) part number, it is: TPMS-68. This is a confirmed TPMS part number from the 2 dealerships near me. Ordered a set for my winter wheels setup. Cheers!

Perfect timing, will probably need to place an order.
Does anyone know if TPMS is required at all? I know some vehicles require TPMS for some of their safety systems.

For sure! It's possible to disable it on ForScan, but if it can't, you'd get annoyed by the TPMS warning light. Personally, I'd rather have it installed for warranty and safety purposes lol. Paid way too much for the truck, warranties, and all, but since the TPMS is a one-time thing, might as well do it? Doesn't charge extra down the line for changeovers, honestly.

Definitely, problem is I'm on the 2 year lease promo and it just so happens that the used set of Blizzak's that I'm looking at doesn't have TPMS on them already. Trying to figure out if I absolutely need to spend the *checks notes* $56/each + mount/balance to get the sensors installed or not.

Honestly that’s a pretty good pricing got a set per, as I’m getting around $100/sensor which is a rip off, ordered it in online which made it like half off a sensor. If you can, go for it! Only happens once and you could take them off the hen you return the truck, or decide to keep it; either way.

This peaked my interest a bit.
i have one failing.

these are the conditions.
between 15-20 miles of driving.
100* ambient temp
50-80 mph cruise home
religiously fails around 50 mph after getting off freeway.

no issues below 95* ambient
works just fine in the mornings

need to get this addressed, but the closest dealer wants me to leave the vehicle a day or or two—-even with appointment.

That sure is weird! I would take it in, seeing it should still be under warranty and they’ll replace it for free. Has it been reset and relearned again?

**I’d tell them to give you a loaner vehicle too until yours is ready.
