OK< I'll try create another flashdrive and do it again. Guessing I just have to rerun the fdrs and apim update?
That should work. Make sure your flash drive is completely blank. That was the mistake I made when I had to rerun the APIM update and it failed the post-install validation because of spurious files from another update.

Since your truck is already up to date, what will happen is that when you get to the point where you put the flash drive in your truck, the truck will say that it is already updated. Then follow the prompts exactly from the truck and the laptop to transfer the flash drive back to the laptop to complete the procedure.

OK, will give it a shot in a short bit. Waiting for it to warm up outside. I don't recall anything after it said its already updated and the fdrs didn't say anything. If I get that message again, I'll remove it from the truck and just put it back in the laptop and see if there is any response. Then rerun the network scan. Sound right?

Yes. I had no prior experience with FDRS. I read everything carefully and just did exactly what it told me to do and it worked fine.

I believe I have to multi day scheduling. So you're saying you believe it to only have been since 2.4.1?
I still haven't received any ota since the apim replacement. I've done them all Tuesday via fdrs but I"d really love to know the 'mothership' will ping my truck and make an effort. I'll never know if there is an ota update at this point. Even though it seems that I have all the updates, Fordpass still shows the failed 1.7,.1 failure last Nov. Not attempts since.
I’m not quite sure what you’re asking. I believe 2.4.1 pushed out multi-day scheduling OTA. I believe you could have gotten the same functionality earlier in FDRS with an APIM update that seems to have provided the same functionality. In your case, since you updated your modules so recently, I suspect you did not get an OTA update. The new feature came from FDRS.
Multi-day schedule was added in 2.3 update.

Run ‘em all. Not all of the APIM updates are the same as far as installation is concerned. The second one I ran after the first big update I did in FDRS did not require a USB.

Keep doing network scans and updating modules until nothing new comes up. GSM and ABS probably won’t clear. But if nothing other than these two comes up, you’re probably as up to date as you can be and you’ll just have to wait for the truck to report in on its own.

Sorry for the confusion. Yes..
Just checked something in fdrs. (Today is last day. Want to make sure everything is right before it expires). Is what is circled right? Shouldn't it be sim to others with full p/ns?

I think I'm burned out. Went back and looked at the GW update. Said it failed to vaildate. Tried re do it and it said:

Procedure Unsuccesful - FlipConfigBitToSupportBlueCruiseMapInstall Unknown Error

The programming or part number validation process has failed. What would you like to do?
  1. Retry programming
  2. Retry part number validation
  3. Exit application
Also got this when I tried PMI:: Procedure Unsuccesful - GetVehicleNodeInfo Direct configuration data is missing. Call Hotline to resolve before continuing

APIM Config showed all ok

Tried retry and nothing. Can't win with this effing truck. My head hurts. No wonder the techs throw their arms up.
