Ford Pass: No OTA update messages received since 2/20/21....

I still really have no idea where I am on any OTA Updates..
The dealer service advisor couldn't tell me..

If you go to Ford Pass,
Open up account located top right side..
Open up messages...
My last message was received on 2/26/21
Not 2022, I have none this year.
I called Ford Help prior to knowing this just to ask about my OTA Updates..
They claim I'm totally up to date and read off some version number that has no resemblance to what it should be..
Can't remember the # but I ask about it and (She) Said that didn't matter, that mine could be different.
At that point I started to notice smoke being blown up the backside..
So is there anyone else showing no messages in 2022??
All my settings are right.
Ford checked me on that..
and a good wifi signal..
So I guess another trip to the dealer just to hear they don't know..
16 months waiting for Blue Cruise.

I understand that there is a thread dedicated to not receiving OTA Updates..
If there is a thread about not receiving any Messages please post the link.
I did a search for a thread about not receiving Any Messages and found nothing.
Maybe I missed it.
I've received no messages about any Subject since Feb 2021, over a year.

I'm not receiving any Messages. I'm not referring to OTA.
I've not received any messages about recall, not any messages.
I was in 2021.
I have 2 friends that have various messages this year, not related to OTA..

I'm not referring to OTA.
No messages of any sorts,....

The messages in Ford Pass and the status reported by the truck don’t reveal much. Can you post a screen shot of your OTA update info from the widget? That’s the best way I have found to figure out actual status.

Sounds like your truck is doing the same thing mine is. I've never received any messages. Job 1 truck. Produced in March and I bought it in Oct. My iOS widget doesn't even say OTA's are enabled. Can't enable auto updates or notifications. Truck is currently at the dealer getting a new APIM. When this first came up a few members said my gateway module was jacked up. It wasn't accepting or declining the update for the module. The campaign would expire. I'll let you know if replacing the APIM fixes anything.
