Ford Pass: No OTA update messages received since 2/20/21....

I am scheduled to take my truck to the dealership in the morning for them to try to update my BC software.
Called 2 dealerships and neither know anything about this TSB..
The 2nd one said they are willing to try to update it.
I had to send them the
TSB/PDF, They couldn't find it.
I have little faith this will go well.

They swapped out my APIM, still can't program it. No idea what they are doing. They gave me a loaner today.

As I thought, it was a. clown show.
Was nearly finished with my blue cruise software downloading and computer crashed..6 hours in..

They said..
"We've never had that happen before"

Didn't save any of it.
Have to reschedule for another try.

Did they get you unstuck so you can at least get OTA updates/schedule software updates? Mine didn't even get that far. If yours made it that far, in theory you could get OTA updates and skip the 2nd dealer trip.

I don't think they accomplished anything..
They said there was 4 separate updates and it crashed near the end of the 3rd.
Mechanic said it was wanting to start back on the first one..
So I believe it was a wasted day..

If you go to your system update on the touch screen, can you now turn on Automatic Updates, or is it still greyed out? If you can turn on Auto Updates, I would consider skipping the dealer and hoping the OTAs can catch you up.

Never was greyed out.
Mine has always been on Auto Updates for 16 monthis..

Sounds like they need to replace something on the computer. You should get your money back on the blue drive thingie.
