Check your spam folder maybe for the address confirmation request email from Sunrun. Title "Action Needed: verify Ford Shipping address"

The link they give you is http://shop.sunrun.com/ford/address/lookup

You'll need your Order number you can find in your Ford account, your zip code and last name, then you'll hit verify and it will bring up what they have on file and you confirm it.
BTW, the above link now goes to a dead web page…..

We took delivery on 6/28--I wonder how they measure delivery date and whether we'll make the cutoff.
I got my gift card this week too. I completed delivery on 6/15.

Finally received my ford pro charger on 7/14, showed up without notice. My lightning was sold to me on 6/6. Nothing on the credits or card but nice that it finally came. After giving up on this with all the calls made to ford and sunrun which everyone I spoke with was not useful, department transfers, promised call backs, I ordered a clipper creek 64amp the day this arrived because I couldn't wait any longer.

Update: my charger showed up Wednesday without any prior communication from Ford or SunRun.

I did the rigamarole with the Ford call transfers and emailed my rep at SunRun. In total over 2 hours on the phone.

If you call the Customer Rep line, ask for the Lightning Marketing team. I ended up with a Bronco specialist and before she transferred me I cut her off and said please don't. She was able to put a submission in for me to receive the inconvenience gifts. I have a case number and everything. She said that if you took delivery in June that you should receive this gift.

If you haven't received communication that you will receive this, they will probably not be sending you anything.

My email was titled "Important info about your Ford Charge Station Pro." and sent by [email protected]-ford.com, and reply to: [email protected]-ford.com / [email protected]

I got the email on 7/5, and still only have 250kWh in my Blue Oval Charge Network tab. The email states the $500 debit card should be received 4-6 weeks after vehicle delivery. I signed 18 days ago, so I am not expecting this stuff until end of month or August.

My Lightning was delivered 6/30 and I took 7/1. Hoping I qualify. Tried asking dealership, Ford Chat and Ford phone support but none of them knew anything about the charging credit and gift card. My CSP was delivered yesterday at least. About out of my initial 250KwH.

My $500 card came today in a white envelope with a return address of:
1452 W Horizon Ridge
Suite 543
Henderson, NV 89012

There was no indication what the envelope was/who it was from other than that.
I still haven't had the extra 250kw of charging added to my account.

I took delivery on 27 June. Just got the card yesterday, but like Fast911 I have not received the 250 kWh yet.

Got the charger about 10 days ago too.
Same here..got the card but not the extra 250kwh
