I waited on financing package approval until my truck reached shipped status, there have been delays recently, hopefully your rate locks hold up long enough for the truck to arrive and finish PDI.

My ETA is 10/1 and my financing with USAA expires 10/15. No more delay than that please.

Got email from my Ford dealer about the plant hold effecting my build...

My eta delivery was updated to 9/17 to 9/23. I need to get my financing finished, but not marked shipped yet.

Today is the last day of my Estimated Delivery Dates on ford dot com. 9/13-9/19.

Still only in "built" status and not showing "shipped" yet.

I bet the good folks at Ford are going to be pretty embarrassed if my truck doesn't show up at my dealership today and they miss their dates.

Is it possible my dealer calls me this morning and says the truck is there?
Yes, I guess it is.

Is it possible that my truck is stuck behind rows and rows of trucks waiting on chips and it won't be shipped for another month?
Also yes.

Is this all frustrating?

Mine shipped as of this morning 9/18 no change in estimated delivery 9/28 - 10/4.

Ford Chat was able to give me my railcar number. I called Norfolk Southern to trace it and they see it in Conway, PA which is about halfway to Delaware. Still seeing the ETA at 9/28-10/4 on the tracker, but I am getting pretty optimistic.

So at least a few of us are actually shipped? I'm working on nailing down financing. I found that my dealer added 1098 for theft and fabric protection. So I am fighting that.

My email said shipped on Saturday morning. However according to my dealer the truck is still in New Boston, Mi awaiting shipping...? So somebody gets a false start penalty on the shipped email (or maybe it is all set to ship, just hasn't left yet). It will get here when it gets here.

Queue up the the rail-string heading east-bound and down, roll out might be today ... Tuesday .... who knows for sure??

This is the first time I looked at and paid attention to satellite imagery for new Boston. That is quite the rail depot with lots of space to collect and arrange and coordinate vehicles for rail delivery. So it is probably safe to assume that our trucks are getting ready to go for a long ride by rail once enough of their peers with similar destinations can be brought together. Here's to hoping we as the last ones of an earlier batch vs first ones of a new batch.

We will definitely be on the same train as mine is going to a Rhinebeck dealership. Lets agree to let each other know if the trucks are on the move and able to get rail car #.
