I am in this group too. Only happened 3-4 times, each time it has been while on the highway. I click OK and typically never see any change to anything or it eventually resets. If it gets worse, I will definitely be taking it in, although there don't seem to be any updates on what happens when you do.

The dealership ordered the part to fix mine, but broke a trim piece in the frunk in the process of fixing it. Then, it turns out that it isn’t actually fixed, because I’m still getting the error message.

Ford, no need responding to this post asking for me to PM my VIN — I’ve already done that and there’s already a case assigned.

Welcome to the club! Mine still does it even after being "fixed" by the dealer. I'm just going to live with it for now, not worth leaving the truck there for an extended period for it to be their guineau pig.

I’m not yet concerned enough to “See manual” as the message instructs, suspecting manual says “See service”

Actually, neither the MY2022 nor the new MY2023 manuals return results for "air dam".

Also got this on Monday. After seeing the dam drop in the video, I have great concern over STRADDLING objects in the road now. We should have been warned beforehand that the effective ground clearance is reduced in a truck!

I I am in this club as well, started receiving this message about three months ago. Took it into the dealer, they couldn’t find anything wrong or no codes. Recently it’s been happening about every other day. Ford needs to address for sure.

Truck since August in Upstate NY, just got the error for the first time on Saturday. We drove ~5 miles and then went for a hike for an hour or so, on driving back going ~60mph saw it pop up after a few minutes. It was almost 50F I think, sunny.

I have been getting those messages nearly the week after I got the truck. They are sporadic and don’t seem to be weather related for me (Arizona) decided during the last visit to the dealership to replace my rear lightbar for the 3rd time, they said they would look into the error message. Upon getting my truck back they said that I had damaged the air dam therefore not covered under warranty. I politely declined and have had only one or two errors for the past 2 months.
