They are cheap because they are knock-off, not Tuf Skinz. Not sure how it works with them able to put the warning in the title yet still have is be blatantly fraudulent.

Thanks for this heads up!! I hadn't realized that the seller was different. Sending mine back now as now I don't trust the product!
