Just under 12k miles and have been battling since new. First alignment done under warranty (3k miles)the rear was adjusted as the steering wheel was off center from new. Not sure if it was toe, camber etc. or even which side. Drove better and the wheel seemed straighter but not perfect. As I drove it more, something just did not feel right. At round 6,500 miles I took it back in. This time it was discovered the the steering wheel was put on wrong at the factory. I saw it with my own eyes. The alignment rack was all in the green and the wheel was almost 180 off. The front tie rod ends were offset to one side. When compared to another Lightning, you could only turn the wheel one way maybe 30 degrees under "pitch & roll" and maybe 38 degrees the other way. The other Lightning was 34 both ways. Removed the steering wheel, installed it back to correct position, re-aligned it and it was light years better, but still not right. Fast forward to now. Religned again, now both sides of the rear were out of spec. I sat in the truck and held the wheel dead straight as they re-aligned it. All indicators on the alignment were green and matching. Drove it and the steering wheel still resets to the right and if you hold it dead straight the truck drifts left. They have also reset the steering module.
