I can get to the registration form, but it won't let me select my current vehicle. So I can't proceed. I will continue trying.

I just waited it out and each list populated verrrryyyy slowly and was able to register for Seattle. I opened windows on multiple browsers and the onme that ended up working was Firefox browser on my Iphone. The windows on my PC still nothing in the lists.
