  1. It is safe to drive truck with powertrain warning?

Sorry it took so long to respond. I just got back the truck on Friday after the dealer had it about 3 weeks. I couldn't check the door sticker until yesterday. It was built in September of 2022, had just hit 35k miles on it when I got the warning light. It is a standard range battery. They...
  2. OTA Software Update 10.3.0 - Powertrain, Battery, Parking Brake

How responsive are they typically? I have messaged them multiple times for different things and have never received a response.
  3. OTA Software Update 10.1.1 - Enhanced Connectivity and Power Management

My truck also just received 10.1.1 yesterday...except it is currently at the dealer for a battery module replacement. They are supposed to also do parking module CSP...so hopefully BC 1.4 is in my future.
  4. Powertrain Malfunction/ Reduced Power

Going on a week and my dealer keeps saying they have no ETA on the module replacement. They didn't tell me it is backordered, they just can't tell me anything. They said they can't see anything good or bad from Ford on the status so I just have to hurry up and wait. They sent me to Hertz for...
  5. It is safe to drive truck with powertrain warning?

I dropped my truck off today. I did call Ford yesterday and they opened a case. However when I was at the dealer today, they said the Ford case number meant nothing to them and they refused to take it. Haven't heard anything yet so not sure what the issue is going to be classified as yet...
  6. It is safe to drive truck with powertrain warning?

Is that wise? I've seen other posts where people get the CCS1 adapter locked to their truck. Could that happen in this scenario?
  7. It is safe to drive truck with powertrain warning?

Yeah, I guess that is more what I meant. Is it going to die in the road somewhere? I decided to risk it as I needed to get to work. So far it is still driving fine, minus the reduced power. Hopefully I will be able to drive it to the dealer tomorrow without any problems...and they approve a...
  8. Powertrain Malfunction/ Reduced Power

Called 4 dealers within 20 miles. Only 1 could get me in, and not until tomorrow. The rest said they are backed up 2 weeks+ to even look at it. None will provide me a loaner until Ford approves it under warranty....which won't happen until they can diagnose it.
  9. Powertrain Malfunction/ Reduced Power

Got this message yesterday when I went to leave, and now I get a charging fault as well. Dealers in my area are backed up..... great. Can I drive it still for a day or 2? Is that safe?
  10. It is safe to drive truck with powertrain warning?

My truck is getting a powertrain warning and it won't charge. It is telling me I have about 53% power available and the SoC is at 83%. Called around and most dealers in the area are booked for weeks for EVs. Found one that will take me, but not for a few days. Is it safe to drive it for a...
  11. Phone charging bay rubber mat missing

I found it, just took me a few minutes after I knew where to look. This is what I need, https://parts.ford.com/shop/en/us/electrical/control-modules/console-mat-p-ml3z15045g34bc?pdp=y Thanks for pointing me in the right direction
  12. Phone charging bay rubber mat missing

Thanks, but that's not the part I am referring to. I just need the silicone/rubber piece that sits in the bottom of whole cubby. The lip the phone rests on is part of that mat. Thanks for the site though. Maybe I can find it on there now.
  13. Phone charging bay rubber mat missing

Hey, I just picked up a used 22 Lariat a few weeks ago. Didn't realize until recently that I can't charge my phone wirelessly because that little lip where the phone rests on the pad is not part of the charger, but rather the rubber mat insert. My truck is missing that mat. Since it bought...
