What integration gets the truck information like this?

Yeah, Waze doesn't work on the gauge cluster for whatever reason. I prefer Waze, but only Google Maps has the EV features.

So last night I received the Window Module update. This morning when I went to drive the truck and turned on the heat, I smelled an ozone or burning plastic smell when running the heat. Also all of my radio presets were reset as well which was odd. Not sure if that was related to the update...

I'm getting my Window update tonight. Hopefully that means BC not far behind. Still not on 10.3 either, but BC 1.4 more important to me right now. I have a road trip I want to do, but holding off for nicer weather and hopefully BC.

I dropped my truck off today. I did call Ford yesterday and they opened a case. However when I was at the dealer today, they said the Ford case number meant nothing to them and they refused to take it. Haven't heard anything yet so not sure what the issue is going to be classified as yet...

Is that wise? I've seen other posts where people get the CCS1 adapter locked to their truck. Could that happen in this scenario?
