For the 1 pedal, have you tried opening the APIM config in FORScan? If you go into the one that has the toggles (without as built tag), there should be an entry for 1 pedal.
Schumacher has one that's 100 amps and think I read that it uses a regular 15 amp outlet. Almost went the route but figured 75amps should be enough.

I had 1049 and just updated to 1076 with the new icons. All joyous 6GB worth. Then got a gateway and now onto another 6GB APIM. o_O
