    Update: Ford has assigned me a point person to communicate with. This is exceptional, the ability to channel all issues through one person, it's impressive. They described they will be working with my dealer to address issues, expedite repairs, and answer any questions I have in the meantime...

    I hope it is that simple, and maybe it is. First error at the top of the morning, same error when I tried again 2 hours later, final error 30 minutes later. I had a window during work to troubleshoot and went for it. Thanks for sharing your experience, I prefer your outcome.

    I had the same problem last year, Since there isn't heat being generated from an engine this is a step more complicated, that being said once you activate it you'll get the goods. On my pro there is a button underneath the screen that opens the heat settings, probably in your menu somewhere...

    I've contested tickets in NYC before, it's easy to upload photos and tickets have been dismissed sometimes within hours. Might save you some back and forth if you get them a photo out of the gate. Good luck

    If you can afford to experiment with a new car and technology then go for it. This hasn't been perfect but it's fun as hell and you can trade it out if you have to at least.
