Update: last Thursday dealer informed me that the 2nd battery module needed to be replaced, they've been in touch with Ford and the part(s) have already been shipped and were expected to be received and swapped this week.
Dealer was confident I would.be back in the truck no later than Thursday...
I started a similar thread 10 days ago, a battery module needed to be replaced. They estimate I'll have the truck back by the end of the week.
Good luck.
Update: Ford has assigned me a point person to communicate with. This is exceptional, the ability to channel all issues through one person, it's impressive.
They described they will be working with my dealer to address issues, expedite repairs, and answer any questions I have in the meantime...
I hope it is that simple, and maybe it is. First error at the top of the morning, same error when I tried again 2 hours later, final error 30 minutes later. I had a window during work to troubleshoot and went for it. Thanks for sharing your experience, I prefer your outcome.
Just got the notification the morning after update PU0306-BCF-DET. FordPass has a high voltage battery and power train warning.
Dealership had me towed and in a Tundra in 2 hours, hats off to them. Said it could be +3 weeks but will take a look at it next week to see exactly what's up.
Not...
I had the same problem last year, Since there isn't heat being generated from an engine this is a step more complicated, that being said once you activate it you'll get the goods. On my pro there is a button underneath the screen that opens the heat settings, probably in your menu somewhere...
I was excited for this when it was announced years ago, even had a reservation once upon a time, so much has changed since then...the lightning feels like such a home run compared to this.
Why don't you check "my ev driving" in the app and see what kind of data you get - at least you'll know if it was a calm test drive or some non-stop wheel peeling...
I've got 4.2.1 as of the 27th of February. I got a batch of updates in mid-January before this one. There is an OTA department you can call and they can check on your status for you.

I've contested tickets in NYC before, it's easy to upload photos and tickets have been dismissed sometimes within hours. Might save you some back and forth if you get them a photo out of the gate.
Good luck
Took a road trip today and had to pull the manual release cable for a quick charge.
This cable was seated around a piece of a fluid reservoir with a rubber ring. The rubber ring fell off and disappeared into the we'll beneath the frunk. I'd like to replace it, does anyone know where I can find...
Received yesterday afternoon on my '22 pro. Still getting a estimated range of 160 at 90% in the NE winter, no noticeable optimistic change in distance to empty calculations so far.
Any other pros out there with a similar experience?
If you can afford to experiment with a new car and technology then go for it. This hasn't been perfect but it's fun as hell and you can trade it out if you have to at least.
