The spec sheet for that solutions indicates 120v or 240v.

I find the Charge curve on my ER to be much better/faster than my Tesla - even WITH the larger battery of the Lightning, I'm still in and out of a charging station faster. I usually hit a DCFC at about 10-20% SOC and stop at 80%, when the DCFC cuts power down to a trickle.
I agree that our...
If you want to divert the haters when you occupy two stalls, place an out of order note on the blocked stall. Yeah, not 100% nice, but since nobody can access it while you're charging at the adjacent stall, it might diffuse some anger and anxiety.
If the idea is to run colored LED strip inside with a deperate controller, separating the white plastic from the backing looks to be tricky without breaking it.
Also, I wonder why so many connections for a simple white lite.
Yay. I always thought the term "power ups" was language borrowed from a video game, and in that context, was something temporary. Glad you see Ford is using grown up language now. 😀
All they had to do was hit the 500 mile range marker at the $60K price point and a lot of people, myself included, would forgive many of the other shortcomings.
Hey, slightly off-topic; maybe I missed something - how do you preheat the batteries? Or is that the same as "Starting" the car remotely an letting it heat up?
I got hit with the first time Cold reduced range this Thanksgiving day weekend. I don't mind the range reduction so much as I do all the broken EVGO Chargers. Getting out in the cold, futzing with an app to get the truck to charge because the "Plug'n go" is not working, (freezing my hands off...
Awesome report - thanks for that information. Hearing reports like this gives me more confidence why I make the decision rend an F250 "just in case" or give it a go with my Lightning.
Yes, this is easily done - I want so want to do it just for the fun of it, but I will NEVER USE IT practically, for reasons others have mentioned - vehicle color restrictions and laws, so my motivation level is low.
But if(when?) I were to do it, I'd go with addressable LEDS to make things...
Yup, I hear ya, and hesitated to even write about it for fear of the "eyeroll" response, but decided to mention it anyway - the nags are necessary, but the implementation, in my opinion, needs improvement. Consider this my PSA to try to provide that feedback - not take a position on the...
Valid argument and it is why the nags exist. I've driven other "driver assist" vehicles and none of them are this invasive - they actually assist, and are equally safe and more effective. I am not sure why Ford chose to be so aggressive. And I'm not against the nags, in fact, you'll see that...
I just came back from another long road trip with BluesClues, and I have finally come to the following conclusion:
"I'm glad I'm not paying for this turd"
The tech works pretty well - I have no complaints with it holding the lane for hundreds of miles, or accommodating other vehicles that merge...
I recently drove a Dodge RAM ICE and it has the knob shifter on the dash.
At first I scoffed, but after using it, it was very useful. Easier than than a column shifter and better than the Lightning shifter, which is way overkill for not actually engaging any mechanical gears.
How do you get it replaced under warranty, do you need to schedule an appointment with the dealer or is it more like a tv, where you can call and ship it back for a replacement?
