This may be something I can design to be 3D printed. If it's something yall want, I'll pull one off my truck (hopefully in one piece) to take measurements.
Just finished the first "long" trip since the dealership did their thing.
Day 1: Different stretch of the same road. NYS Thruway from Kingston to Syracuse, then down to Cortland.
Weather: Cloudy, temps from 25-30F.
Climate control: 65 auto level 1, heated seat on low.
I set the cruise...
I'm in the same boat. I went as far as to walk into the dealership and try to get rid of it. They wanted me to take a $20k hit after having the truck for a week and a half. Consumer affairs forced them to diagnose it and they found an open recall and a software update bulletin both related to...
I've seen a few people talking about these, and had someone on Reddit ask for the wall mount. There is now a dust cover, wall mount for the plug, and a wall mount with cable management that covers the plug to protect it from the weather. Now including the large frunk clips.

I was able to find this in the manual. All it really says is:
"In everyday use it is acceptable to use the full state of charge window, however there are a few best practices in order to maintain the health and life of your battery."
"Additionally, setting the maximum charge level to be less...
Little update. I dropped the truck off at the dealership last night, and I just heard back. There was a software update for battery management, and a recall on a part of the battery temperature management system. They say they should have the parts tomorrow so hopefully I'll have the truck back...
It's a 45 minute trip from the charger to my house. Minimal wind if any at all, heat at 65, exterior temp between 30 and 40 F. Cruise control set at 70.
I dont have my charger yet so I cant test this. If you need bigger/smaller holes for the mounting screws just let me know, it's a super simple change.

When I tell the I dash nav I'm going a charger it conditions the battery, yes? Then the act of using a DCFC will warm the battery, yes? So when leaving the charger I can expect the battery to be conditioned ans warm. So why would I get 1.3 after leaving the charger
Got stuck and barely managed to rock it out backwards, it couldn't get through in off road mode with the rear dif locked. Honestly thought I was going to pull it out with my jeep. Never expected my 11 year old grand Cherokee to save a truck but here we are.
